Q: How much is the monthly Rent?
A: $850/month
Q: What is included in my monthly rent?
A: All utilities, kitchen and home furnishings, high-speed internet, and biweekly suite cleaning.
Q: How much is the Security Deposit
A: The Security deposit is half a month's rent $425. As long as there are no outstanding issues, this deposit will be refunded via Canada Post, at the end of your tenancy.
Q: What is the standard lease duration?
A: 12 months, non-negotiable
Q: How do I apply?

Q: Can I choose my roommates?
A: Yes, please put your chosen roommates on your application form.
Q: How many students will be living in each suite.
A: Four students per suite and only one student per bedroom.
Q: Are there locks on the bedroom doors?
A: Yes!
Q: What furniture does the unit come with?
A: Your bedroom will have a bed, a closet, a chair desk and a nightstand. The living room has a couch, loveseat & coffee table. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher microwave, dining area, island with seating, and all kitchen furnishings.
Q: Is the unit airconditioned?
A: Yes and fully heated in the Winter.
Q: Is parking extra?
A: Yes. $25-$35 depending on if you require covered parking.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No.
Q: Will I have a mailbox?
A: Yes, there is one mailbox for each apartment.
Q: How far is the building from the campus?
A: UBCO is 6K or Okanagan College is 10K from the Building
Q: Where is the nearest bus stop to the campus?
A: The Rutland bus hub is located one block from the building (a 5 min. walk)
Q: How long is the bus ride from the building to campus?
A: UBCO is 10-15 min. ride (weather dependent) or Okanagan College is 40 min. ride
